What components comprise the AIBot Integration Bridge?
The Portal - Active Server Pages which provide graphical user interface to the search engine, analytics and configuration. In the portal you can configure knowledge sources, tune search parameters and view statistics gathered by the AIBot. It is easy to adorn existing pages with custom styles which eases integration with existing portals.
Jabber - simple conversation module. Interaction with user includes searching the knowledge sources, returning search results and asking the user simple questions aimed at improving search results quality.
Web Services - a set of frunctions (API) avialable through the ubiquitous SOAP protocol which enable external systems to take advantage of services provided by the AIBot for example by submitting queries to the search engine and getting results which are then visualised in the application.
Integration Bridge - a .NET application installed as a system service, standalone component or web server module. Contains search engines that work on user-defined knowledge sources, integration logic and statistics engine.
Multiindexer installed as a system service or standalone application crawls data sources serviced by the AIBot, creates indexes used by the search engine and gathers some of the statistics.

Database:MySQL or Oracle. At Customer's request other platforms can be supported.
Operating system:The entire range of Windows and Unix system platforms supported by the Mono framework.
