2007.09.02 - The AIBotTeam provides a solution for S&T Poland based on the AIBot search engine

The AIBot team has provided an integrated solution for the Customer Service environment at S&T Poland.

Descriptions of technical problems processed by the Customer Service Department is analyzed by the AIBot search engine and the most useful documents from several corporate repositories are presented to the consultant to help him/her in resolving the issue. The documents from the Microsoft SharePoint repository as well as notes from several RSS sources are indexed by the AIBot and create the knowledge base for the solution.

The consultant dealing with a service request can see on the same screen links to useful documents from the corporate SharePoint repository and the most up to date news from technical RSS channels.
